I gave this community the rating I gave it cause, as I have mentioned in the pass so far, my family, and I have felt a sense of safety while living here, however, as I mentioned recently my only issue is the communication with management/maintenance upon entering my apartment, not feeling that they can enter at Any giving time, its a safety issue for me.

Jasn,TJ, Zack & Jeff all did a wonderful job addressing my recent maintenance/service requests. The problem with the fault washer was identified quickly and a new one came swiftly all while keeping me updated as to the status and possible solutions my wall was fixed and my concerns were immediately put to rest the entire maintenance team is professional, safe, courteous, respectful and kind and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done well and in a timely fashion correcting any issues immediately Im impressed and grateful for their assistance each and every time give them all a raise and a bonus great job thank you

Overall I'm satisfied with how fast my request is handled. But the 2 workers that came out are rude and lazy. Something that can be done in an hour. It takes them all day. Maybe you need to tell them to get off their phones with their personal calls.

Giving 5 stars to Mike the maintenance man! Hes been here as long as Ive lived here! He is THE ONLY ONE who knows this place in and out ! He listens first and then does his job and hes never rude , lazy and he doesnt rush! Hes gets it right everytime! He goes above and beyond the maintenance request! Thank you Mike

I don't know if i'm writing about my maintenance repair which was wonderful. Dante takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to get it fixed the right way. He was here in my apartment and fixed three different Issues. And I am completely satisfied with his work. He should be commended. As far as a place to live there's a few things that are lacking. When you start a project I believe you should finish it on the grounds. But I am happy living here. It's not bad not bad at all.
