Worst apartment EVER!! ALL the sidewalks are crakes, the kids play like crazy, today they were playing a game and they closed their eyes and rode bikes!! There are roachs everywhere and the maintenance people are lazy. If you love your family DO NOT live here. I am just waiting for COVID to be over and I WILL leave as soon as possible!! If l could I would give this place a zero

First off, the gentleman at the main office is lacking first impression and customer service skills. He didnt even bother to stand up and greet me as a potential resident. Ive toured numerous communities and nothing like I saw on Saturday. His communication to me was from behind of a desk 20ft away while I received minimal verbal information about the property. I decided to grab one of the pamphlets sitting on the table in front of me. When inquiring about viewing one of apartments, I was instructed to leave my license/ID on the table with the pamphlets and grab whatever number key I was instructed to take from the key box. Secondly, they picked the worst apartment to show prospective residents in my opinion. Has anyone taken a look on the balcony and seen the bird droppings? How about the bird nesting inside the balcony ceiling peaking his head in/out? Finally, I went to view the bathroom and theres rust of some sort on the toilet seat. Let alone a brown ring on the inside of the toilet. I was completely turned off. This property is not for me.

Looking for a one bedroom or two bedroom Good closet space and definitely wood floors. I have a 6 lb dog He isn't going to get any bigger .
