I'm disabled and love the washer/dryer the location
A gym would be the icing on the cake for this place. Washers and driers need to be more hidden. More utility closet space is needed. More storage in general is needed.
Newer dishwashers an refrigerators
One of the lights inside 27 Robin is out and needs to be replaced.
The main doors as you enter into the apartment should be updated. The heat in my apartment don't stay on for a long period of time.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
