Eastampton Place Apartments

Living at Eastampton was amazing, i got everything i needed and we were located in an area close to markets and stores we normally would shop at. Clean and whenever i called management they knew who i was and Melissa always asked about my health and how everything was going for me i felt like i mattered in a place with so many other renters.

Simply put, easy. I am confident anyone who comes here will stay for a long time

Stacy was very professional, nice, polite, informative, and helpful.

While the buildings look very nice, management's solution to everything is a new coat of paint. All of the issues continue to linger beneath the surface. There is a consistent mold problem that plagues my personal apartment and if you know anything about mold you know its not just what you see. Smaller issues are also swept under the rug (noise complaints, smell complaints, basically any small issue that comes up). There doesn't seem to be any consideration for the residents unless you're talking about paying rent.

Great place to live . Moved here in 2021and have no complaints at all . The maintenance team always on time to help with anything that needs to be fixed! And absolutely love Kari the property manager . Always available to help with any issues . Wonderful community !

Best place to live. Maintenance service request is completed promptly. Staff is always courteous, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and complete work in a timely manner. Thanks to them for all they do. Highly recommend them.
