I think each tenant should have their own meter. Find a way to insulated or sound proof the apartments, i can hear everything that goes on in my neighbors apt. EVERYTHING! As I know, they can in, my, apartment.

I personally feel that rent is high compared to other apartments near by. Especially since there is no gym, pool or even basketball courts. The inside of the apartments are a little out of date ie: faucets, AC, unsealed windows.
There should be a gym with the high rent we pay.
