Dont believe the hype from the photos. The apartment is ok but there is no parking, the laundry facility is disgustingly dirty and never cleaned. Theres only 3 washers and dryers for all those people who live in the apartment and most of the time, at least one doesnt work. Also the halls are never throughly cleaned. The elevator is nasty and needs to be scrubbed. It was embarrassing to have people visit me. But please dont forget, parking is HORRIBLE. Thats why I moved. You either park on the street overnight for $150 a year but you have to move your car to the opposite side every day OR you can park in the parking lot that is somewhat next to the building (dont buy a lot of groceries). But with that you have to move your car from the parking lot by 8:30 every morning then find a spot on ONE side of the street. That was the most frustrating part when I lived there.
