Management is quick to deal with any problems, great maintenance team and community activities. Also love my floor plan.

Quiet community, excellent maintenance on grounds and in apartment. Met new manager who was very respectful to actually meeting a resident for the first time. I say this because she was busy doing paperwork associated with apartment management and took the time to let me introduce myself with grace and respect. Ment a lot to me as a resident.

Very very small, and for the price, it is equal to a mortgage!

The units themselves are pretty nice, but if anything goes wrong, don't expect it to be fixed quickly. On a third floor apartment, it took them days to fix the air conditioning and didn't offer any kind of compensation or at least fans in the mean time! When approaching the office management about it multiple times, they shrugged it off. The gym and pool are nice.

Overall this has been a good place to live but lately it seems as though its much noisier with some tenants not being as considerate--late beeping horns, early morning beeping horns (particularly the buses picking up in the morning), blasting car music late at night, doors slamming that shake the entire building. I know that might be difficult to manage but it has really come to light in the past few months more than ever and is really disturbing.

We have been here for 5 years and the maintence department when you have a problem they are out right away. In the office everyone that works in there takes care of any issues that we had. The are very friendly and helpful. It made a difference when that did parking tags great idea.
