This apartment complex is a joke. It may seem decent but after living I'm 2 different housing units it became clear all that glitters isn't gold. For starters most units say they put in brand new amenities etc but things are refurbished to say the least. The walls are just painted over. Plumbing isn't the greatest. The carpet may have been the only new thing. Maintenance crew doesn't really have a clue on how to fix things. Money hungry complex for sure, the constant increase in rent for sub standard living is unjust. There are a million things wrong here. I won't be renewing my lease

It is clear that the management company of this apartment complex is money hungry and greedy. I do not personally believe it has anything do the with the staff that works in the office, although they can sometimes be rude if you have a reoccurring issue and struggle to properly address concerns or get you in touch with your leasing agent. But it's become very clear to me the issue is Berk & Berk, the management company who is pressuring leasing agents to fill apartments and raise the rent very year. It is getting to the point that the amount I am paying per month does not match the lack of quality I am getting for my apartment. Unlike others, I have not have similar issues with maintenance, as they typically do fix stuff for me properly but my concerns have been minor. I am also fortunate to live in the back in the complex where there are less kids and noise. I think this will be my last year because they are much better complexes for less of an expense in the area that don't want 2022 prices for 90s quality decor.

It's really a great place to live. We like it there we've been there for 8 month so far everything is good. A clean quite and decent environment.
