I cannot wait to move in! Maria, the leasing agent, is fantastic. She has been so helpful in finding me a place to live, very patient and accommodating. The area is really nice, practically walking distance to a Stop & Shop and just a 10 min drive to major chains like Trader Joes, PetCo, Panera, European Wax, AMC Theaters, etc. They are also really close to major highways: GSPW, Rt. 46, Rt. 3. The apartments and grounds are neat a nicely kept, and there seems to be a very diverse and friendly community. The size of the apartments cant be beat for their price. I cant speak much about living there just yet, but from what I have seen, I am expecting to have a really great experience living at RFV.

Great area, the location is perfect for the NYC commuter, it's quiet and for the most part safe. The units are older but maintenance does a good job keeping things up to date. The only issue is you can't control your own heat and the units get abnormally hot when the heat is on. If they can fix that then it would keep alot more residents renewing. Parking is also somewhat scarce.
