What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Clifton

I like that there is a culturally diverse population. I like that there are a lot of good pizza and bagel places. Grocery and drug stores are nearby.

You can walk to stores, some shops, banks. The parks are local to walk to. The schools are close for the children to walk

I love the feeling on my block since everyone looks out for each other. We have a lot of cool small businesses just a mile away like cafes and lunch spots. I like walking to Jubilee park and being able to run to Stop and Shop easily. I also love walking to Richfield Farms.

Good options of parks for the family. Close to highway with easy access to restaurants and to Manhattan. Good options of activities for children (soccer, baseball, music classes)

I live in the Albion section of Clifton NJ. Public school 5 is within walking distance, so is Albion Park home of the award winning family campus. Historic Lambert Castle is in walking distance. Albion is sandwiched between Valley Road and Broad Street both County roads and NJ Transit

Nice bars & restaurants in area. These are a few of the best Grande saloon, Applebees & Tommy's. Close to NYC
