They illegally entered my apartment without my prior knowledge or authority; and Janet in management is a complete miser, terrible human to deal with - not worth it!

I lived in Ken Gardens for 4 years in a 1 bedroom. Janet and Dawn were a pleasure to work with and were always proactive to any issue I had, be it another tenant or an apartment issue. Maintenance was also great and they responded the same day that I submitted a work order. I would definitely recommend Ken Garden for the first time renter as the apartments are pretty spacious and the complex if quiet.

I enjoyed living while i did - minus the dog poop everywhere. I think I was the only dog owner who picked up their dogs poop. The hugest downfall for me was how the administration conned me out of my security deposit. They stated they took 1200 from my deposit because there were urine stains on the carpet. This is an absolute lie. My dog does not urinate inside the house. Also I was told before renting the place that carpets were changed before every move in. If I was told I would be charged for that I would have never moved in. A tenant should not be charged for normal wear and tear of the property. I am still waiting to hear back from the property manager Janet's supervisors, my returned 1200, and the proof. I have proof that they are lying. I have the pictures of the carpet urine stain free when I moved out. I can tolerate any kind of issues, but DISHONESTY is something I cannot tolerate.
