The tour was nice but when you move in, it goes down hill. Our electric bill is insane! With all old and non energy efficient appliances and drafty windows our bill was $700 dollars for ONE month! Also, we have had a problem with bees outside our apartment and cant open our windows because they seem to get in. We called and all they do is send matinance and they just bring a spray.
I would not recommend this place and cant wait to move out.
My apartment wasn't ready when I moved in- and some of my stuff is old like my shower and such in the master bedroom. Its dirty in a way that I haven't used it at all since I moved in. And lately I feel like I am paying full rent for only using part of an apartment.
My dishwasher is old and practically comes out of the wall when I try to fill it.
