Fees: $100.00 application fee - may be a personal check, money order, or cash - Deposit (To be deducted from first month's rent, if application is approved.); $35.00 credit check fee for single occupancy - $50.00 credit check fee for double-occupancy - non-refundable. Applicate must also include copies of current photo ID, Social Security Card, and proof of one-month's income The Rental Office personnel will make copies for you if you have your originals with you. Also, owner pays for water and heat. Not many complexes can state that fact. Ground are kept beautiful. Maintenance workers are cool - office ladies are awesome. Come on by!

Please, dont waste your time, this place is a ghetto dump, tenants slams doors early in the mornings and late at nights without regards to other neighbors, management does nothing when tenants makes complaints, floors are weak and squeaks a lot when walked on and often wakes you while you are trying to sleep, widows are old and thin and ice forms on them during the winter. Management raises the rent each year along with the security with no intent to improve standard of living. Plumbing is terrible and sometimes I come home with dirty water backing up in the sink, bathrub or kitchen, the cupboard and smell like rodents, I had a hard time getting rid of the smell. Maintenance is lousy they just ignore emergency calls. Please dont waste your time, you will regret it.
