I love it here! Bring you dog...or...your cat. No extra charge! This is a phenomenon! Also, owner pays for water and heat. Not many complexes can state that fact. Ground are kept beautiful. Maintenance workers are cool - office ladies are awesome. Come on by!

Very basic accommodations. Has never been updated. Never. Pool has been closed since 2019. Tennis court is a hot mess. If you need cheap this is it. Theyre obsessed with the grass for some reason but other repairs etc take time..

Don't do it worsed rental experience of my life. The apartments are falling apart. There also extremely dated with single pain windows that let in weather. Maintenance and super are incompetent and landlord is absent.

Don't do it. * Maintenance doesn't answer calls (Our sink was backed up for weeks) * The apartment complex floods * I've had my car broken into * I've had to park in the street during snow storms * Racoons are living in the attic space (We have video) * When you leave, they will try to withhold large portions of your security deposit and the only way to get it back is to go to court. * Dog weight limit is not followed
