The Dwell has been a great place to live and always feel safe. The neighbors are always respectable and made friends here through the years. The gym is great to have whenever you want to workout 24/7 and the neighborhood around the area is great to run around.

Not impressed. Small one bedrooms and over priced two br units. Over prIced for what other are offering with more modern amenities.
