Horribly managed property. Property manager does not have things addressed . Low end amenities now charging a ridiculous fee. They do not fix things in a timely manner if at all and can often take months! Pool is always shut down or closed and your paying! Apts are renovated cheaply and break down they dont last. The breeze ways never get cleaned with spiders and webs everywhere. Never any parking unless you pay for a spot. Air i during HVAC is old and always breaks down and your left sweating in 100 degree heat. They often have mandatory maintenance or balcony cleanings and its always uncoordinated. You clear things off the balcony and contractors dont show up when they are suppose to. Plan over $100 plus yearly rental increases They try to charge comparable rent to a beautiful new complex next door. Its a disgrace.

Horrible management at Morgan properties. A second week where our pool is closed in the middle of summer with over 100 Heat to Simply fix a light and they couldn't care.

Very homey and friendly community. They go above and beyond to make residents happy. I had a late start one morning and missed breakfast only to find a staff member handing out breakfast . Trusty exceptional !
