      There is a staff member of Member of Meridian Terrace who happens to also be my neighbor/tenant who is discriminating against my family and I based on our ethniciity. She is harrassing me, and the Complex is allowing her access to my personal information, to use against me to evict me. I thought we were done with racisim. Help me Howard need to be on my side...It saddens me that this offensive and repulsiveness still exist. I want to look out for my community. Please be aware everyone!! Now how does this person know my status of my lease and who is on my lease, this is Violation of confidentiality and Privacy. Tenants have rights too!

      I'm glad to be here. I'm Gen. I got approved with a FAIR credit score, so I don't have "bad" or excellent credit yet." I am happy for that so they get FOUR star rating, for that alone with my 619 credit score. Divorced. Re-building my credit, per month. I make great money. The Meridian Ter. are real nice homes.(apartments.) in Linden,NJ suburbia, (my sister rent there)I'm only off the highway from here area, in Cateret, lovely here." Low crime, quiet nice. I would have given them 5 stars, but not yet. (Only been here six months)so 4 stars so far,and again BIG star for accepting me. despite FAIR credit score, and I am single, they see i work hard, make ENOUGH to pay the 2br for me, my daughter, so THANK YOU.

      Management is excellent I was so pleased to finally found some place where you can communicate their prom it was a pleasure I would highly recommend this

      It was a welcoming atmosphere and we were able to view a two bedroom as well as one of the townhomes. Unfortunately, too small for our needs, especially the kitchen and living area.

      Femala is the best leasing agent I have come across after visiting many complexes for my daughter and I to move into. Her help was beyond any expectation, her sweet and kind manor was amazing. The apartments are beautiful, and I look forward to becoming a resident as soon as possible!
