Meridia Main Station

Ive been living at Meridia for over a 2 years now. I have to say that I love my building. I have a loft and its perfect. The building is very clean and the management team is excellent and very helpful. I would recommend this building to my friends and family. Looking forward to another great year here.

Everything was so easy and accessible , lots of choices and friendly personable staff.

There are far better options in this area. I would avoid this apartment complex at all costs. I plan on moving to another apartment complex after my lease expires. Management is not ever helpful when issues arise. My upstairs neighbors have repeatedly woken me up in the middle of the night because they don't know how to walk quietly. After putting in a formal complaint with management, showing them videos of how loud the neighbors walk, and documenting each time I've been woken up because of noise -- Management responded and told me they couldn't do anything about it. Also, the washing machines and dryers are constantly malfunctioning, leaving us with clothes drenched in water. They recently raised the price of laundry, however these issues have not been fixed.

better choices than living with this company youd be poorly investing time and money overly priced.

I've been a resident for 4 months and it has been a great fit for me. I appreciate all of the amenities especially the gym and find my unit to be reasonably priced for the space given. I have had two maintenance calls and they were both resolved quickly.

Great place to live. Especially if you're looking for a place that is very safe. Great staff AND they are pet friendly!
