I have lived at forest hill apartments for the last five years and have been very happy. The new owner has really upgraded the property. The new doors and siding they are putting up really spruces up the whole place. My kids are really excited about the large playground going in! The office staff is professional and nice. Parking can be a challenge late at night so i paid for one of the reserved spots. I have never had any issue with heating (maybe too much when i first moved in). Overall a wonderful community!

This is the worst property management I have seen in my 40 plus yrs!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My gas meter needs to be replaced and they don't know anything about how to get it done; my toilet bowl exploded (NOT ONCE BUT TWICE) my upstairs neighbors poop all over my bathroom on day 5 of moving in; and again on day 9 bc they were too cheap to get a real plumber to clean the line until I had to involve the health dept; and they haggled with me over my heat until the day before they were going to get summoned by the BOH then they figured out how to turn it up to the correct temp. HORRIBLE is being kind in describing my experience here since Feb 2022.

That Apartment complex is like living in NORTH POLE during winter they set their thermostat below 55 We are Senoirs and they don't care....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET TO SEE IN PERSON. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME SETTING UP AND APPOINTMENT AS YOU DO THE TOUR YOURSELF. PARKING IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE!
