Ok place to live. Just dont have any problems they will not be fixed. You get what you see when you move in. Nothing more. The laundry rooms are a nightmare they never work.
It's easy to get to your places never conjugated very clean prices nice
I lived here for 4 years. I am not the type to write reviews about anything but I feel the obligation to share my story. I encountered a number of cockroaches in my apartment and reported it to the management. They didnt do anything about it and I had to spray the place myself. Once I found a mouse and again, reported it to the front desk and they didnt do anything. I had to buy traps and capture it myself. Then when I found a second mouse, I lost my mind and finally they brought in an exterminator. At that point I gave them a notice that I was moving out (I had had enough) and they deducted 400$ from my deposit because I gave them 45 days notice instead
Of 60. In general, the location is very convenient and safe however if you encounter any problem with your apartment, you will have no support. Also, the rent went up between 50-100$ every year.
I like the area very quiet and the leasing office staff was very nice. No application fee was involved. I could see myself living there. To the staff I thank you for taking the time out to assess me and my daughter we are greatful.
