explain the small issues, before review. There is a burnt in our building, not even a single person from the office reached out and even didn't pick our calls. I won't suggest this place to anyone to live.

The leasing manager Lucienne was so helpful for my husband and me. We were living with relatives when the pandemic hit New Jersey hard in March. We stayed with them until the beginning of July which was when the Govenor started to allow places and people to come out of full quarintine. We stayed in an extended stay hotel in Mt Laurel, NJ for two weeks. Before the two weeks expired for the room at the hotel we were signing our lease , picking up thebkeysband moving into The Courtyards. We love it! Lucienne was there working with us and advocating for us. I recommend The Courtyards to all looking for an apartment in these Covid days.

We fell in love with the place the minute we toured it...from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the well kept and spacious apartments. We know that our new life here will be so wonderful and so right for us. Jfeher

The buildings are very old and maintenance is not very helpful. First Montgomery mgmt is horrible including Matt Garron and Cindy Kearns. They dont help with requests, they dont let you change your lease, and they increase rent by 250 dollars by making you do a month to month lease. This is the worst place Ive ever lived. The tubs are not able to be kept clean and then they charge you by not giving your deposit back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very old foundation and big crickets come out of the walls. Rent goes up every year. Dont live here. Feel free to contact me.

The staff in the office is very disrespectful. They never answer the phone . They do not speak to you with respect. The courtyard needs new property managers
