    This place is awesome! We moved in here 3 months ago and our unit was fully redone and beautiful! They keep the outside looking great and Jose the maintenance man really gets things done ASAP!

    one parking spot per person, no visitors if you don't have a sticker or you will be towed!

    I got a tour, the boss said our credit score was enough to be approved. The guy who gave us the tour said if we applied the same day we would definitely get the place. $100 in application fees later and we got denied of our 677 credit score that they said had to be 700. We were told our credit score was fine. Dont waste your money of your credit score isnt over 700.

    I just moved out of the complex for work in Philadelphia, but I had zero issues while staying here. I was never bothered, the laundry services were digital/pay online, and I had a fine stay. They even sent the security deposit in a timely manner. I recommend this place for anyone coming in.

    I have lived several years the current rent is no where near worth what you are getting for the apt. Management is very lax about resolving any issues and make minimal repairs.
