Place looks nice, clean, and classy. I'm in their waiting list to rent a 2BR apt. Hope they will call me soon.

I literally drove over an hour away for an in person tour. When I got here not a soul to be seen. No one to meet us at the leasing office or the apartment we were told we'd be touring. We have called the emergency line( only people we were able to get in touch with) and they said they were going to leave a message for who knows who....needless to say we waited around for over an hour and a half. Oh well they lost a potential good tenants

The manager is a liar, do not believe what she tells you. She will lie right to your face, tell you what you want to hear, then turn around and do whatever she wants. Constantly changing policies to cover up her mistakes. The maintenance will go through your possessions when you are not home. Watch out! Do not let them enter your apartment when you are not home. I learned this the hard way. More than once, their staff came into my apartment to make repairs when I was at work and these men went through my stuff. When I got home I found things moved in rooms that I had closed up. Her staff entered rooms having nothing to do with the repairs. The manager allowed this to happen and did not care when I reported it. Who knows what they really did in my apartment while unsupervised? The manager never apologized or took responsibility. She did not even seem surprised by what I told her. She just shifted blame and got very defensive. She avoids answering questions where she is at fault. Other people I talk to tell me this is her managerial style. Poor management is to blame. I have never felt so violated by a rental company. They do not care who they hurt. Greed is their only motivation.

I hate living here. Management never notifies us when they send workers over on ladders. If you live here you know what I am talking about. At 7:45am on a Saturday my children began screaming hysterically because someone was looking their bedroom windows. This happens all the time. Complete lack of privacy. Management shows up to your front door without prior notice. They never apologize for their mistakes and they lie to cover them up. They will lie to temporarily appease angry renters. They do not care about the following: A. Buildings are falling apart. B. The roofs leak and collapse inside apartments. Damaging renters' possessions. (Atlantic Heights won't replace or reimburse you for damage they cause. Do not bother asking. Waste of time.) C. Tarps that are covering the soft holes in the roof are always pulling loose making it constantly noisy in your home. D. Management has no respect for privacy E. Management thinks it is perfect fine to send non Atlantic Heights workers over anytime they want without prior notification. F. They do not tell you when they are replacing entire roofs to buildings. They are cheap and want to avoid the getting permits so they do the work on the weekends. G. If you sleep during the day, be prepared for the tree trimmers outside your windows at anytime. Revving up chainsaws right next to your windows. If you have small children and pets this extremely frustrating. H. Ladders bang against the building scaring everyone in the house. I. The worst part is, the incompetent people they hire, always have to come back and fix the problems 2 to 3 times before they get it right. That means instead of one visit and interruption to your life, it is 3 to 4 times. Even more sometimes. It really is a joke around here. So if you are a fan of buildings falling apart, peeping toms, weekend surprises of men on your roof hammering above your bedroom before 9am, then this is the place for you

Mold mold mold !!!!! This place is a rip off they over charge my apartment has had mold for 2 years no one even came to look at it !!!the neighbors are nosey and there is no parking stay away !!!!!
