This place is horrible. Literally horrible. The previous comments are correct about the roaches & mice - out of your control (i havent experienced bedbugs). You can be the cleanest tenant on earth, and you will still experience both pests. They live in the wall. I was literally told by management that whenever they renovate a unit, theres an outbreak because they were breeding/living in the walls and inside of whatever apartment theyre renovating. For about 3-4 months I experienced a horrific infestation from this exact incident (i recorded all of my conversations with management to be able to allow the state to hear and know that Im not lying). I also have health and safety inspectors come to my unit because I could no longer deal with the pests and mold that a management would band-aid over but never actually fix issue of. Of course management got on it and practically harassed me to get into my unit to finally fix the issues right before they knew the state was coming to my place (the state contacted them). I say all of this to say - please dont waste your money here, you will truly regret it. If youre using it as a passing place for a year, then fine. But you will not feel comfortable settling here, unless you are comfortable with living with baby roaches and mice at random times. Its also embarrassing if youre going to have company or family over.

Disgusting apartments! Roaches and bedbugs! They need to take care of these issues before renting to people. Dont be fooled.

There was no pride shown in living here. The carpet was not cleaned. The blinds at dome windows were torn.

The units are absolutely breathtaking! All high end everything and close to the train for me to get to the City everyday. Overall great place.

Nicest apartment I have ever moved into. Spacious and brand new everything. Friendly staff too!
