The staff is very friendly Whenever I need a repair it is done promptly.
I love the brand new laundry facility. The property is well maintained. My favorite part of living there is the location. It is easy to access the Bayshore Trail and walk into downtown Highlands or Atlantic Highlands.
The area is great, close to bus, shopping, ocean, recreation. WOuld have been excellent if the kitchen and baths were upgraded and the wood floors refinished.
Everything is good my only concerns are there has been no landscaping updates in a while and outside lighting is VERY. The staff is always there when you need them
Different layouts to choose from. Nice quiet community. Lots of trees add to beautiful landscape. Apartments are dated and should be renovated without significant rent increase. Especially for tenants who have been here many years and pay their rent on time.
