appliances need updating as well as kitchen and bathrooms. very dated looking. grounds are nice and people very friendly
Place is a dump! Not sure what the maintenance crew does here but the head guy has all the garages tied up with his personal luxury car sales business. Because of this there is no where to park and getting a garage to rent is nearly impossible. I believe some of these are rented to people that dont even live there! Need a repair that isnt an emergency? Good luck with that! cabinets and appliances are falling apart and old. pool is always dirty but hey its a place to live if you have no where else to go.
The appliances need to be updated and I would like the heat to not be electric. There are a lot of bugs, especially spiders, ants and thousand leggers. Also, I don't like the fact that residents have to pay a fee to use the pool.
The building quality is poor which allows excessive noise to be heard. Apartments are run down, old appliances, heat is expensive because it's electric.
The area is great, close to bus, shopping, ocean, recreation. WOuld have been excellent if the kitchen and baths were upgraded and the wood floors refinished.
