Lease Terms - 12 Months<BR><BR>Pet policy- Dogs-30 lbs and under (at adult weight), non aggressive breed. Cats- indoor cats. All cats and dogs must have up to date vaccinations provided to the office. All renters with animals are required to obtain and maintain renters insurance. Proof will be required each year or if we have received a notification that a policy has lapsed.
