Loved the townhouse, spacious, the landscaping/snow cleanup was amazing! Also, if you had a problem with the unit, someone would be by in hours if not immediate.
drawbacks: Route 78 noise! I just could not get use to it, the trucks downshifting. I bought special window treatments, noise cancellers, sound machine, you name it and you could still hear the trucks downshifting all day and through the night. The rent keep increasing and increasing. It wasn't worth it anymore. The office staff were ok, helpful enough. And they did make an effort here and there to offer a 'community'
Pros:Beautiful location. Apartment is large. Maintenance team and front office staff responsive. The property is well maintained and snow removal amazing.
Cons: Amneties are average and there's a yearly $150 fee.
Have lived here close to two years. Just renewed lease for another 16 months(because it's one,of least expensive options). We intend to move after the next 16 month lease is up.
The rent has increased close to 10% each year we've lived here. While I understand the rent will go up slightly each year, there seems little to no sense of loyalty to existing tenants.
Overall,,because of the steep increases in rent, the rating is 3 of 5.

Just moved here in this apartment, its nice but the only thing I dont like at all , the dog owners do not clean Up after their pet. While entering to the home while going out its too smelly that nobody can stand for few moments, even if I wish I cannot open my windows.
This type of problem I have never seen any other state .
