Was so excited to move in and I love my apartment but. Now I cannot wait to run for the hills and get out of here. If you have pets don't move here constant complaints come in, I have to live like I am in a library due to the complaints. This place is not friendly and have not worked with me. I recommend looking elsewhere
Servers on all summer. Maybe an investigation. Rituals and bandoleros. Bad experience.
stay away. illegal polish immigrant business. maintenance enters apartments without notice and touches personal belongings. bionic and bluetooth receivers misuse.
(1) Apartments on the side of the train are SO noisy. The train runs until 2am and starts up again at 4am (some freight trains run all night long. It's not just the njtransit schedule). The trains blast the required long-long-short-long horns every time they approach the station. What's worse is the pre-recorded announcements. It is so difficult to sleep at night and it wakes me up in the morning without fail at 4am and I am NOT a light sleeper. I usually sleep through EVERYTHING, but the train horn is too loud. And forget about leaving your windows open. With the warm weather we've been having, I left my window open and I could not stand the constant train noises.
(2) Good apartment layout, but the finished (like the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom) are cheap and shown signs of wear very quickly.
(3) The building is so stingy. Even if you rent a 2 bedroom, they only give you ONE door key and ONE parking gate key fob. You have to pay a non-refundable $100 for an additional key. These keys are weird - looks like a little plastic rod on a key handle and you insert the rod portion into the door hole and it unlocks. These cannot be duplicated. If I had to pay $100 for a key and it was refunded once I returned the key, that would make sense. But to charge me $100 for a key like this?!! And the $100 doesn't even include a second parking gate key fob! Highway robbery!
(4) the washing machine stinks. It is an upright (not front facing) high efficiency model and only fills up with literally 3 inches of water on the bottom. I understand high efficiency washers use less water (I've had them before and loved them), but the clothes on the top of the basket (it's an upright, not a front facing machine) don't even get wet. I literally still had detergent on dry clothes on the top of the pile when the cycle finished. I googled this whirpool model and the reviews doe the machine are horrendous with the same complaints that I have. My last load had to be washed 3X.
