this place is a dump. full of bugs, the staff are rude bullies to their tenants and maintenance cant keep up with demand of how badly its falling apart. they never fix things right and you wait forever to get repairs. the place is a joke and not worth half of what they are asking for rent. dont waste your health or time or money. brown water a few times a year, crappy water pressure, thin walls and ceilings. spring loaded doors that slam all the time and only allowed 1 lock!
My knowledge of these Apts. in the past and now are great living advantages .I am awaiting an Apt. in these same building/s.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The management here is a joke. They do not care about the residents all they want to do is make sure you pay your rent on time. They are "fixing" up the apartments...what that means is that they hired an inept construction company that doesn't know how to change a light bulb let alone re do a kitchen or bathroom. The new kitchen counter top was not attached, the stove was not level, the dishwasher leaks and the new paint is already peeling. The apartment above us had the sink installed wrong and it leaked into our apartment and it took 8 days for them to find and fix the problem. The new sink in the bathroom wasn't the right size so we have areas missing tile on the floor and walls, the paint they used is peeling, this has been a nightmare. We were residents here before the new company bought the apartments and they told us in no uncertain terms that we would be able to stay, but now they have decided that we have to go as we make too much $ to stay. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
They haven't fixed issues in apartment. Going on 8 weeks. Also bed bugs a problem here. Talk to one she says dont know anything about them, manager says only in bldg 113 and building 114, then talked to someone else she said yes they are in building 115. No one knows one thing to another. Seeing the bed bugs don't pay half the rent then maybe i shouldn't. Think twice about this place
