Dogs barking everywhere. Dog nails scraping on the floor in the apartment above you. Second hand smoke coming through your windows. Hardest water you will ever encounter. Bed Bug infestations. Disgusting smell in hallways So many thieves, addicts, alcoholics, etc. Not even close to being worth the rent price. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra time finding somewhere else.

I have had a very positive experience with the people that work in the office. They have helped me many times. I was dealing with a very serious situation and approached Dan with my problem. He got back to me quickly with a solution and he patiently guided me through the very long process of resolving the situation. I cannot thank Dan and the others in the office enough for their help during a stressful time. I definitely emailed Dan too many times, but he never made me feel like I was a bother. Every time I walk in the office I am always greeted with a smile. They are doing a good job.

They should have never got rid of Toby, cause the people running the place now are unprofessional and maintenance dont fix anything and they dont want to fix anything
