I am highly satisfied with the immediate and professional response from everyone here at Royal Crest, from visiting the apartment, to having things accessible, paths and parking lot cleaned especially with snow removal. Trash is also consistently removed, the gym as well as the pool area is kept impeccably clean. Maintenance responds in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend RC as a peaceful and clean environment to live in, especially if you lead a hectic busy career life!

The leasing staff is very friendly and open to communication. Royal Crest is a very friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for anyone wishing to call Southern New Hampshire their home. Royal Crest is like a mini-camping community with a swimming pool, basketball court, clean fitness center, and a nice clubhouse to relax in at the end of the day. It is also conveniently located next to Nashua Technology Park, Pheasant Lane Mall, and Downtown Nashua.

Royal Crest Estates, once you drive into the Estate it's like you are in a different world. It is so quite, but yet you are near everything you could possibly ever need, shopping, Restaurants, you name it it is right outside the Estate.
It is a beautiful place to call home, and everyone I have met is so friendly.

I've lived at Royal Crest Estates Apartments for three years and still love living here. The community is huge with lots of outdoor amenities like tennis, basketball and two great pools. There is plenty of parking for everyone for a small fee. Also available for rent is additional storage space, carport rental, and garage rental. Pets are permitted, and they have a great dog park and lots of baggies and trash ports onsite to keep an already clean environment, cleaner. Another great amenity is the new Luxer One boxes which provide a safe place for all packages. "No more worrying about lost or stolen packages. You punch the code they provide you with into the system module and pick up your delivery."
What I love most; we don't share walls with our neighbors, and this is a good thing, "the only noise comes from your front door." Our apartments are spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, big windows and so much more in our 1000 square foot 2 - bedroom apartment. Comcast is our internet and cable provider, and they are always up and running; not like your satellite dishes which often get interrupted during heavy rains or storms. We have great cell reception at Royal Crest too which is unusual. Most apartments have weak cell service with little to no reception at all. For my family and me, this is great "our Ipad's, and other electronic devices are always up and running."
Another great thing is having our utilities added into our rent; things like trash removal, gas, (heat and hot water) are a shared utility that leaves us with a reasonable bill each month. Although we have to pay our electric light bill; it's always affordable. Our onsite laundry facility which consists of two washers and two dryers support our 12 units or families well. Our vast experience wouldn't be complete without the support of the staff and maintenance crew who provide us with exceptional on-time services.

Please fo yourself a favor and see Ashley for all your move in questions - I am a relentless question asker and she was always the most patient person with me and really went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our move. She is so helpful and you just cant find that level of customer service anywhere anymore.
