Office team is on point. Courteous, responsive and does the best they can considering substandard units they are tasked with managing. Units are in serious need of upgrade. Top to bottom. Housekeeping is bare minimum at best. Unit assigned was not sanitized with evidence of prior tenant in fridge, bedroom, bathroom and stove. Mold and mildew evident in unit. Stains on living room couch and cushions. Damage evident throughout unit with no plan for remediation. This place gives the vibe of a building reserved for homeless paid for by local govt. While advertised as non-smoking units, smokers at every entrance to the building with no mitigation for secondhand smoke which everyone knows is deadlier than actual smoking. Laundry room is not cleaned given condition of equipment with evident dirt and mold on equipment. This is not a three-star living space. This is a one star living space by any standard and only because there is no negative star rating system in place. If you can go elsewhere, I would encourage seeking extended stay elsewhere.

Do not stay here. A night ok. Old, plumbing issues. The list goes on. A nightmare. Not clean. Stay someplace else. Trust ms.

Well I been trying to get information on this apartment so I can rent i request information and wen i talk to them threw e mail they haven't gotten back me me or my questions its been couple weeks sine I talked to them and they didn't get back to me .

Everything was super clean - staff were very professional! I would stay again, can;'t wait until I'm back in the area!

I wanted to write a review for this place first of all because credit is due. My husband and I live somewhat locally in Massachusetts and wanted to get away for the night and go to dinner. We found this room which was a king studio at a very reasonable price especially for a holiday weekend ( NYE into New Year's Day). The main reason for leaving this review is to note how great Amanda was who checked us in when we first arrived. She was finishing up with another woman when I walked in and was very quick, efficient and friendly. She was very kind, informative and caring when checking us in. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and this goes a long way! The room was perfect for us, very clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a great time..we also took Amanda's recommendation to try Tuckers for breakfast, they are amazing, sourcing they're ingredients from local farms and businesses. It was close to the best breakfast and coffee we've had....ever.

Customer service was top notch. Room wad very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware provided. Very reasonably priced.

Spacious 2 bedroom suite, love the 2 bathrooms in the rooms. Full kitchen helped a lot. Living area and both bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the beddings very clean. The staff are kind and professional. I would recommend this place and I would like to come again.
