My dog was attacked by another dog-they stated that they reviewed the security tapes & their response was that these types of events "are inevitable". Lease was ending 08/07 I moved out on 07/15. Electricity was transferred to my new apartment. Upon leaving, everything was turned off Lease stipulates if tenant moves out earlier than the lease they are financially responsible to pay utilities & rent until the unit can be occupied by another/their lease term comes to an end. This allowed them to collect prorated rent of $532 for 7 days in August. I reached out to inquire when I would receive my security deposit back. In response, they attached a confusing move-out statement. They closed the account on 08/07 & informed me I would get $138.76 out of $500. I asked to see an itemized list of the charges. In response, "we did not charge you for any damages to the apartment you left it in good condition. If you look at the move out statement, the charges that came out of your security deposit were the final water/sewer utilities and vacant utility recovery fees. It looks like you ended your electric account with Eversource account earlier than your move-out date of 08/07 so you were charged up until then as you were responsible for the utilities up until the end of your notice period" When questioned about a $298 charge for electric for the dates of 07/15/23-08/07/23- I was told that it was the "usage that is being charged from Eversource from the date the electric was disconnected" then I was asked "did you leave your lights or air on when you moved out? We did not start the move-out process of the apartment until after you move-out date of 08/07/2023" The leasing office said they would have to call eversource. They did + advised that the bill for the end of July (after move out) was $93 "in good faith" they are refunding the rest of my security deposit. They lied about the charges & They hope to take advantage of their "residents"

Terrible customer service. Took my $500 security deposit even though I left the apt in pristine condition claiming it is for "vacant utility fee" for the short amount of time I was not even there. What are they even charging for???? My utilities bill has never been this high. They also have aggressive dogs with history of several attacks on the complex and they do not do anything about it. They have people come into my apt monthly for "maintenance" that I didn't ask for. The quality of apt is also terrible for the cost. Only live here if you want to be scammed of your money and don't care about your safety

Halstead Merrimack is the best location. Easy highway access, private, but close to everything needed. I love my apartment and pricing was fair compared to the other properties in the area.
