Might as well remove the pool pictures from here. It's only worked for 1 of my several months as a resident. Do your research. The website reviews don't lie. This is a pig with lip stick. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I moved to Waterford Place back in the spring. I absolutely love it here. The office staff have been great! I love the events that they do for residents. I've met a lot of my neighbors that way. The property has always been well maintained and I see maintenance doing rounds and have had them repair a couple of minor things for me. Everyone that I've encountered has been friendly and nice. The recent renovation to the clubhouse looks fantastic. I also love that the ladies in the office are pet lovers and welcome me and my dog any time that I stop by. I wanted to write this review because I've seen a couple of reviews on the negative side. It's very easy to write a review when you are upset that something might not have gone as you wanted it to. Sometimes the positive experiences don't get the credit they deserve. I would definitely recommend Waterford Place!

Waterfords Leasing Office was very professional, courteous and persistent until you go through their application process. > If you are a 25+ young profession, obtain a credit score of 670+ but at least had one payment not paid off some four years ago, dont bother to even go through the screening process to hold your apartment. You will be denied. Waterford makes you fill out individual applications ($50/ea) and run them separately. It is somewhat important when you are moving in with your fianc or spouse since you will be splitting the rent cost between the two incomes. We went down the street to COUNTRYSIDE VILLAGE APARTMENTS and had a completely different experience that gained our trust and a 5 star rating.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here. All questions were answered from step 1, so I'm not sure what the negative comment about the staff was. Smiling faces and never an attitude. Everyone has been pleasant and friendly. Great place to live, and the staff is wonderful.
