Pros: The apartments are incredibly beautiful. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, in-unit HE washer and dryer. It's pet friendly. Amenities are good: onsite gym, movie room, onsite storage, putting green, game room, common area. The main office holds packages for you. Friendly office staff. Cameras everywhere and you need key fobs to enter the building. Freight elevator available for moving and other large items. Easy access to I-293 and you can walk to downtown Manchester.
Cons: Apartments are not noise friendly. You can hear people walking down the hall, children screaming, sound systems, etc. Main elevator works about 30% of the time. While the office holds packages, the office is only open until 5 PM making it hard to pick up packages after work (because who is home by 5 PM?). While pet friendly, you still have jerks who don't clean up after their pets and the complex doesn't enforce pick-up. No sense of community. While people are very friendly, there are no events like ice cream social or 4th of July cookout that I've experienced at other apartment complexes in the area. If that's something you're wanting, you won't have that here. Apartments are pretty pricey but you do get what you pay for, kind of.
I went in to look at what was available but didnt like them. I thanked them and left! A few days later they ran y credit report for absolutely no reason.
Im certainly not happy about that!!
I wish I could give negative stars. The walls are paper thin and living on the ground floor makes it worse. You are bombarded with noise from every angle. Anywhere I am in this apartment I can literally hear my next door neighbor snoring. This place is truly unlivable (if that's a word). Knowing now that the walls are paper thin, I expect some amount of noise but there are times when the noise is truly excessive to the point I have migraine, they are literally bouncing a ball off the wall and jumping around to the point the apartment is shaking, every time I make a complaint I am told they will look into it but heard nothing back but since we decided not to renew the lease, they are excessively communicative to the point of harassment for showings. I have never given an apartment review but decided I must because I wish I knew this before I moved here. Worst place I have ever lived, cannot wait to leave!
