Not willing to compromise.
Couldnt see the apartments we were hoping to move into because they were not available yet. They only have one type of apt for a model. I wish we knew that befor we drove 45 min to get there. However the man we spoke with was very nice and had a lot of good info and was willing to email when things because available to view (only available to see for a day or 2) the rooms are standard and not as glam as the pics although the club house seems nice. There is a chance to upgrade floors for a 30/mo price and some more expensive units had nice features the cheaper ones didnt.
Never helped me after sending emails
It's semi-decent. I don't live in the newly renovated apartment because those are waaay too expensive for what you're actually getting. The price for a two bedroom (nothing included) is still more expensive than the luxury apartments down the road. Between paper thin walls, no insulation in windows, and rude neighbors, it's not an awful place to live. Be prepared to spend money on your heating bill! The buildings are sort of maintained; there's holes in the hall carpets and walls that look like they've been there for years. Parking recently switched to a permit based system, and is not working well for ANYONE. No guest over night parking unless they park in the leasing office, but there's a tow risk. I don't plan on renewing the lease. Look further to find something better for this kind of money.
Managment refuses to deal with renters who throw trash on lower levels.... After asking management to finally come see what numerous renters have complained about I was told the because I am a man my tone was scary and I had to leave the office. I have a 2 year old daughter that I'm nervous to let outside because of the trash.
