    Dogs should not be allowed to poop and pee around the residents buildings the entrances are pee places for dogs and is discussing to see entering buildings. Not to forget the smell when spring and summer arrives there are plenty of places away from buildings .owners of dogs let their animals pee and poop right under our windows. Disgusting!...this is our home. Have some respect
