What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Sunrise Manor

It's zoned for horses so it's cool to see them riding by. My neighbor in back has chickens so we get fresh eggs on occasion

that it is in walking distence to stores parks school i love where i live. and there is no more small kids

It's an expensive and close to everything. I have a very large place that is almost 1300 ft.^2 and pay half the rent that I would pay anywhere else. I also live very close to the strip and downtown which makes it easy to go out and have fun without driving far and being able to take an inexpensive Lyft or Uber.

Near shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Diverse cultures. Easy access to freeways. Quiet. Close to downtown.

I don't really go outside unless I have to go somewhere. I don't trust my neighborhood and I don't talk to my neighbors

There's not much good things I can say about my neighbor. Only thing I actually like is the school transportation that's provided for my child that ensure safety
