What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Spring Valley

The neighborhood is clean, and nice. Plenty of huge shopping centers near by. Friends and families enjoy the local restaurants and small business.

Love living in the area I do very close to everything near dchools medical and restaurants close to bus stops

nothing is unique, It is an average neighborhood, I live here. Isn't 3 enough? What shall I write when there is nothing to writw.

I enjoy the surrounding area and it's great being within walking distance to major shopping areas. Its also great being close to the famous Las Vegas Strip

Things are pretty near to us here. Like Wallmart smiths. Restaurants are all pretty near gas stations.

Because it is a gated community, there is a feeling of more safety. The location is near several eating and shopping opportunities so you only have to drive a few miles to get anything. Also, it is fairly close to freeways, so you can get to other areas of the valley.
