Its the best place in Reno\Sparks area, and well worth the price. Most apartments feature gorgeous views, and some even have free concert views. Staff is extremely professional and friendly in all circumstances. Building is mostly clean, though some floors are a little dirtier. Its a newly built building, so still in great shape as of 2023

I have been here for three weeks, and they have failed to vacuum the hall. Tenants are very nasty. They will put trash anywhere! Management does not have a regular cleaning staff, and it shows... I would not move here! The doors and gates are always broken for anyone to walk off the streets. The staff is very undertrained, and they work very short staff. They make you pay $60 for cable per month that I do not watch and the wifi is very unstable!

The apartments very nice and clean, love the views from my studio especially in winter time. Just dont like the way how parking spaces divided, its was enough room easy to go in and out then they redone to smaller. Love that I I dont have to go outside to dumb trash , each floor has its own trash cluster.

The apartments are nice inside and the views are pretty cool. Beware of random charges added to your monthly bill in the name of utilities (the manager mentioned an amount and they bill you a lot more that that). They aren't transparent about it at the time of signing the lease. The parking garage is kind of filthy, common areas rarely cleaned.
