We have lived here since July 2020. Move in was very straight forward and quick. We did have some things that needed to be fixed almost immediately after move in but the Office and maintenance staff were very communicative and as quick as possible to get them taken care of. The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. My only complaint would be how hollow the floors for the upstairs units are. Noise is obviously to be expected with apartment life but it seems a lot louder than normal. Thankfully we have a good relationship with our upstairs neighbor and communicate if there are any noise complaints from either apartment. So far, everyone in the complex seems very friendly and quiet.

The office staff is very unhelpful and rude. Would not recommend. When I needed to move out, i told the staff the date and instead they used the date I signed the release paper. Then, wouldnt let me retrieve my property, even thought it was before the date of the agreed upon move out day.

Starting my new home search, I noticed the brand new complex in Wingfield Springs with a beautiful pool and great floorplans. Its definitely at the top of my list when my lease is up in a couple months.
