Im taking back what I said in the last review. They are not taking care of the smoke from cigarettes coming in my place. I never ever had my place smell so bad from cigarette smoke and it smells stale all the time. The smokers have the upper hand here. If you dont smoke and like your place to smell nice do not move here. The smokers smoke all day and night its so bad. Thats why my walls and blinds are and ugly yellow do they can just touch up the walls. Blinds they replace some. Wish I walked around to see all the burnt down apartments and smoke stained blinds. Do not move here if you like to breath air with out smoke!! Joann

I'd put a minus star if I could. I've lived here for years and always have problems. Office staff are not helpful. Maintenance is awful IF/WHEN I ever get them to come. Finally got someone to come fix my shower after 3 days. Complex is falling apart. Saved kittens from being stuck inside the moldy wall on my back patio. But hey at least the part of the complex by the office, seen by the street gets painted. Make sure looks good on the outside for the people who will be sorry if they rent here.

I lived at Park Vista for Seven Years. I moved back to California for almost 2 years, now I am back to stay in Nevada. I would rent there again but I am a Senior and cannot afford the rent now. For the seven years I was never ever late with my rent.

I have been a resident here for 3 months and since the day I applied with Mayra she has been incredible! since moving in I visit the office regularly and everyone is wonderful. they go above and beyond and always have a smile on their face. I've seen the leasing agents Brenda, Mayra, Lisbeth, Brittany and Miles drive around with the golf cart picking up trash and making sure the grounds are kept clean. they really do care about the community.

This place has become increasingly dirty! Stray pieces of garbage litter the entire complex. They installed new dumpsters that don't seem to hold as much and the lids always end up shutting on them. Trucks don't come often enough to take the literally HEAPING piles of garbage that end up burying the very dumpsters themselves!!! Plus, they don't recycle! This is almost 2020 and they can't even bother to have recipticals for recycle. There are also junk cars everywhere with no plates and missing various parts that never seem to get towed. Pool and spa are also very dirty. The grounds themselves are beautiful but they should show a little more pride! But...bottom lime is, they don't care. You pay them rent and that's it. You're a nobody once that lease is signed.
