The walk ability of nearby restaurants, shopping, casinos, and award-winning schools will amaze you. Everything you need is just minutes away.

Our apartment homes are equipped with spacious floor plans, ample closet space, air conditioning, washer and dryer in unit and a balcony/patio for each apartment. We have a fully equipped gym coming soon, a barbecue area, and assigned parking. Feel a sense of a family with us and have the thrill of coming home at Marina's Edge Apartments!

Right off the bat we were lied to about having "new" everything to finding out it wasn't. The rent is $1250 a month but is more when utilities and garbage are added on when it should be included in the rent . For the amount we have to pay we could have chosen a way nicer apartment with central air instead of a single wall unit in the living room. Not to mention, you never know if you're going to have hot water when you take a shower .. it could go from freezing cold to scalding hot just like that .

The pictures shown are misleading. The apartments are a mile away from the marina and cannot be seen from Marina's Edge. The apartment shown is the front office and bears no resemblance to the apartment you may recieve. Work orders are ignored or cancelled by the management. After filing a complaint with the city of Sparks they did come out and fix a problem with exposed wires however that took a month. I would not recommend. You will be told its under new management, FPI Management Company, who is fixing up the apartments. There is new siding and windows being installed but there are a lot of apartments where they haven't started their "improvements" and when they do I have been told that windows and a sliding glass door would be installed while I am living here, I am paying over $1,000 for a remolded apartment that is literally falling apart.
