      It's a trap. They put lipstick on a pig & calling it a stallion. Over priced and no maintenance. Have delt with Mice, roaches and spiders. Flooring coming up, plumbing n heating leaks or just doesn't work. Keep browsing or drive by. It's a trap.

      A wonderfully spacious apartment, with a complex right in Sparks. Close to the shopping center, the Marina, and plenty of other places! A fast and easy move-in process, and keeping in contact with the leasing office has been as simple as ever. Would highly recommend for anything considering comfortable, convenient living in Sparks!

      Many May say not to rent here but I think these apartments are great to live in. Great Environment, friendly management and pet friendly is a plus!

      Been here a year. Very satisfied with the overall staff here. Close to shopping and Sparks Marina, which i walk every morning, and it hosts alot of community events
