1st these places are ancient and so are the floors you walk on cracking w/every step you take. My furnace was older than the NV Energy guy whom came to check it. The inside starting w/the kitchen is run down and falling apart due to age and wear alone. The carpet is probably the cheapest you can buy. One bad thing is when someone downstairs from you is cooking or smoking or whatever that stench will go into your apartment through the oven vents that are connected. They took out the small little air conditioner so now there is no air. Even w/that you have to leave it running all day to keep your place cool since it's so small when it was installed. They did replace the old 1 pane windows w/new double, only good thing besides slapping a new prison gray paint on the outside. Lots of homeless run around the area digging through your trash bins. No covered parking, no playground for kids, no pool, no nothing. Laundry facility is old and sometimes you'll get dirty washer's/dryers from trashy residents. These places should be renting for about $400 to $800 because of the quality of what you get not $950+. Maintenance is a joke so don't expect a fast repair for whatever breaks. I would surely not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else if possible.

This place is the wrost... Ask about there vistor parking (non).. Even lowincome housing has vistor parking... If you dont resign your contract they'll wait till Christmas to kick you out... I lived there for over 10 years and have nothing good to say.. They don't maintain there property... They raised my rent 3 times in one year, I paid more than my neighbors.. All I can say is run the other way..

I moved in 11 months ago when a different company owned it. The building looks like it is eroding on the outside. It is covered in dirt on the outside as well. Inside has mediocre carpet that wears quickly in high traffic areas. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are peeling, chipped and look worn. White paint is on base boards and other areas that should not have it. The management team has done absolutely nothing to renovate or improve my unit, but just raised the monthly rent (if lease is signed) by $150. If month to month, it was raised by $250. There is no club house, no pool, no playground and not even covered parking, let alone assigned parking. If you are willing to pay what they want, go to a newer, more up to date apartment in a nicer neighborhood.
