Dog park is never clean, people don't care and they never clean it. Be prepared too not only pay you're electric bill but there's too. They don't disclose that you pay community electric. This place you pay premium price for crap. They charge for everything and by the end of the month you are paying over 150 dollars more for crap. Oh good luck with the laundry room and getting in. I recommend not living here and can't wait to get out.

And difficult to open, unable to unlock the key ******Important Ask clearly and Check the lease Make sure there are no other expenses. This property is always chanfing hands. Every building is crawling in bugs. Management does not care. And the people they subcontract to are the worst. I have been trapped her for almost 3 years due to the housing issues in Reno. I will tell ypu right now unless this is the last resort DO NOTlove here.

Been under new management for the last year. They are doing awesome. Many upgrades and fixes. Cleaning up the property plus have many more to come. The new manager is great to work with. Any time we have issues their crew gets on them immediately.
