Poor management they are always unclear and say well you misunderstood thats not what we meant to say when they are actually at fault multiple times. Charge you even after you asked what needs to be done. I would not recommend to others No transparency only blame. And its a shame because I wouldve recommended to friends and family if there was good management.

I had a wonderful tour and liked the Truckee and the Carson floor plans. The space is awesome! You can't find a better place for the price in the area.

My wife and I speak very highly of this awesome place we call home! There's no place like it! With all the new construction going up, we have yet to find anything that compares to Waterstone! With the lush landscaping, clean grounds, friendly staff, prompt and efficient maintenance crew and the EXTREMELY spacious townhomes with an attached 2-car garage, it CANT be beat! We have lived here for over 4 years now and we have had no issues thus far. We plan on going no where. We highly recommend Waterstone.

Nightmare management. Horrible landscape crew. Super cheap owners. Ridiculous parking rules. We moved out after 1 year. Went from a nice quiet place where we thought we'd found a home we'd stay at for a long time. Very obvious to see the nasty apt manager could care less about the tennants. She's super bossy and lazy. For what the rents are we should at least have gotten a hot breakfast on weekends. Nope, nothing. The highlight is a kindergarten game of GUESS THE NUMBER OF PIECES OF CANDY IN A JAR. The majority of people living at Waterstone were couples over 50. When we left it had resorted to multiple family members moving into a 2 bedroom apts and lots.if very young people. Once the manager approves you she does nothing to keep standards high. So many people moved out before we did. More and more are vacating after realizing Waterstone is for fools. There's too many new apts available with wonderful management teams.

Beautiful complex in great location. Maintenance is top notch and office staff is helpful. Love the floorplan and having a garage-feels like a home.
