What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Spanish Springs

I like that there is a lot of grass area and that work is near by. I enjoy how close a gas station is to my house as well

I like that when people move here they stay. Everyone looks out for the others home and kids. Go hiking and to the lake

I highly enjoyed the large trees and beautiful color they bring to the city. These always make walks so much nicer and pleasant.

Neighbors are nothing short of amazing. Always looking out for each other, and I know they keep an eye on my house for me.

The plots of land are all very large and farm animals are allowed. The houses are far apart but not too far apart where I would feel unsafe.
