From the friendly office staff to the clean maintenance crew and the superb amenities I have been more then satisfied with what this complex has to offer. Plus the property is very quiet even with being so close to downtown Reno. This has been the best apartment experience so far.

No responses to email or voicemails. Website had advertised that units were available. After three phone calls I finally got someone on the line and she said they had no units- was very rude and short with me when I asked if there was a waiting list. This place relies on being close to the park and not on potential resident service, that's for sure

Moving from out of state with my family, office staff was amazingly helpful patient and responsive to my questions even though I kept calling back a bunch of times with things I forgot to ask. Got the last available apartment in the community before the school year begins and feel really lucky. Nothing but good to say about these people or this place!
