The leasing process was quick and easy! I was moved in and unpacked in no time. Im loving my new place. I havent had any issues and if I did, the staff is so attentitive I think theyd be fixed in no time. The pool is fantastic and the gym is brand new. I was able to sign a 6-month lease, which are hard to find in Reno. Definitely recommend living here!!!

Very bad noise in the apartment. I could hear all the voice and furniture moving noise from downstairs until 3:00am in the morning. It is tough to have a good sleep in such an environment built with the cheap material and considering the fact that I paid $2500 for a 2 bedroom apartment.

We pay about $2400 a month for a 3 bedroom apartment. Ridiculous, I know. It would be worth it if it was actually luxury. Our hot water heater and central heat have gone out more than 3 times leaving us with no heat and not hot water for almost a week with 2 young kids. Maintenance requests take days to be completed and many times when its fixed its not fixed. The front gates that make it a secured gated community are never working or the gates swing open almost hitting your car. The pool is supposed to be heated all year and its never been heated in the 6 months weve been here. Im extremely frustrated with the cost of living here compared to the experience. Absolutely not with it. UPDATE: We have since moved out and are so glad our long year at Vida is over. The frustrating experience was something we will never forget. The walls are so paper thin I could hear my neighbors vomiting in the morning. We had a fire alarm that needed to have its batteries replaced (it was one we couldn't even reach with a ladder) we waited almost a week for it to be changed and had to sleep through the incessant beeping every night. The "year round" pool and hot tub are freezing cold in the winter and spring months so there's no use using them. We just moved out 2 weeks ago and received a bill for $1,200 with no explanation or reasoning from a debt collector. Never received an email or breakdown of costs, nothing. The way these people run this business is appalling and I hope this is a warning for anyone thinking about moving to VIDA to stay FAR away. There are much better places.

Quality of life here has degraded immensely, everything from threats of being towed in your own driveway over managements legal spat with a resident no longer on property, to just a general feeling of being unwelcome, as if it's a privilege to be paying rent and living here . Take your money elsewhere

Moved out this Fall. Many issues with our apartment, billing, and management. Consider yourself warned. Horrible experience!

Very interested in short term lease of furnished apartment (1 bedrm) with option to amend; Buying home in Reno in June,2021 but will likely transition housing before.
