The leasing process was quick and easy! I was moved in and unpacked in no time. Im loving my new place. I havent had any issues and if I did, the staff is so attentitive I think theyd be fixed in no time. The pool is fantastic and the gym is brand new. I was able to sign a 6-month lease, which are hard to find in Reno. Definitely recommend living here!!!

he informs us that nothing illegal happened and under the definition of "unlivable conditions" our apartment was fine upon move in since there was no major maintenance issue, never mind the fact that there were dishes that were not ours in the dishwasher, we couldn't put our food away because of the crud caked in the cabinets or bathe or infant son because the grime on the bathtub was so disgusting it look painted yellow. We decided to leave the property and break the lease because paying $1700 a month for a hand me down, dirty, apartment with security who didn't do their job, snooty reps in the office ( Casey, if he's still there, ROCKED) and an all around AWFUL experience. This was the end of 2019 when we left (yes, all of this happened within the 2 months we stuck this out) well in November we receive a bill for $20,000 from them, the revised bill finally just got to us and on the paper it says to call Vida directly with any issues and even lists the number. Since they're charging us for damages and cleaning I called to request the move out walk through list so I could compare that and the list from move in since we were originally told by Jackie that we wouldn't be held responsible for the damages considering the appearance of the unit when we moved in. I was emailed by Kristen who explained the charges with sarcasm and little snooty remarks between our email encounter. These apartments are a JOKE and have ruined my trust with FPI as a whole. I will refrain from using FPI services and highly urge every single person reading this to do the same. The unprofessionalism, the lack of customer service skills, the back to back problems and "IDGAF" attitude from anyone who was addressed about these issues is just outrageous. The entire experience was a nightmare. These apartments are NOT worth the headache or the issues that went hand in hand with living here

This place is an absolute joke and not worth the price AT ALL. Broken A/C from August - mid-October. Cheap appliances that are constantly breaking. Freezing showers (the plastic piping/ water heater is outside...) and consequently water that takes on average 20+ minutes to "heat up." And to top it all off, a staff that is about as honest and accountable as a used car salesman. Not to mention their complete lack of willingness to fix any of these problems or be transparent about literally anything. Side note: hidden fees galore, passive-aggressive emails and letters sent weekly, and having to track staff down to claim move-in offers!

We really like living at Vida, except for the noise, which I'll comment on below. The staff are friendly and quick to deal with any problems we've had. They even got special food for us for a social because of our unique diet. We moved in on July 5, and on October 31 we turned on our heater for the first time since we moved in. We did not need any air conditioning this summer and our apartment stayed very cool. Our utility bills have been averaging about $35 a month. I use the gym regularly. Our only problem is the noise above us. We had lived for about four years in Tanamera and heard no noise above us, so we are amazed at the constant walking noise, music, and talking we can hear and feel. Vida says it's normal apartment noise, but one of the staff had told us (before we moved in) that someone jumped on the floor above and couldn't be heard through to the apartment below. We are very disappointed at the constant noise, but other than that we like the apartment very much.
