Only good if your in a pinch. Communal baths rarely cleaned, loud, if you have room with steam pipe you're in trouble. It makes it a sauna! A.C. is ruining full blast with fan and still over 90! Staff is nice but things not disclosed until AFTER lease signed & paid. Had I known the issues I'd be dealing with - especially the steam pipe & noise I would have kept looking. Not happy & not renewing my lease.

it has a lot of potential because the building has so much history and location but if you feel ok with living in a half-way house/section 8 vibe than its ok.

Yes, I like that they have a parking garage. It is a great
apartment and has safety by being so high.
