I've lived here for 4 years... Overall I've had great management experience, however I had a very unpleasant experience with the way one of the leasing team members (asst.Manager) communicate. But I do recommend the comfort and safety. Only recommendation, watch you hire and create a dog park...

I have lived at The View for four years now and dont plan on leaving until I buy a home! I have lived in a one bedroom and later transferred to a two bedroom. The office made my transfer so easy and both of my apartments were spacious and clean! I live at the 1850 location and it is quiet and the grounds are well landscape.

Handle by RPM company apartment management services . Management is not fair. They will ruin your life.

Looks great inside and out. Residents are chill. Maintenance is friendly. Management is alright. Threaten to nickle and dime you over everything. The worst thing here is one the birds and their poop and the overall bad area. Many cars get broken into. Dumpster divers in the summer. Still not a bad place to live. 3 stars.
