Great place to live, super quite

0 stars if I could. In the seven months we lived there the garbage disposal broke, we had an infestation of ear wigs, the dryer broke, paint was extremely messy, towel rods not tightly secured to the wall same with cabinet doors, clothing rod in closet was about to fall off, intermittently had no hot water, carpets were dirty with food pieces, glass, and bugs that we picked out ourselves on move in day. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Office employees were replaced three times over. The regional manager is near impossible to get ahold of. The parent company is of no help either. Multiple maintenance requests were "completed" despite nobody coming over (I worked nights I knew if someone came over). Stay as far away from any FPI property as you possibly can, they're one of the cheaper places in town for a reason.

Read your lease renewal or new lease carefully. They offen make mistakes or omit information that's favorable to the property. Water, Sewer & trash rates are highly elevated from what is normal or common usage. They use a 3rd party billler, that claims statements on water, sewer & trash is proprietary and will not release or provide you a copy when requested. Old property with old bldgs with a coat of paint, Garbage strewn thought the property, pet owners neglecting to pick up pet waste, broken irrigation pipes that leak, over watering of the landscaping and its all footed by the renters. RENTERS BEWARE!!!

the new management company seems to have some complaints leveled against it. I lived here a long time ago in 87, it was called Comstock Hills and had a great view of the foothills. The buildings were a cheery yellow and the trees were newly planted. The rent was less than four hundred and you could see clear to south virginia street. These are overpriced unless you live in the new buildings near the storage company.

BEWARE! Overpriced and they claim luxury NOT! 2 people 160.00 utility bill. The grounds are full of garbage and dog waste. Management could care less and forget about maintenance. Rent raised again with a 10 month lease. Check out surrounding complexes and you will see how well maintained. The previous owners were wonderful which makes this company disgusting. Please check out previous reviews on different sites..all true

I am happy with the area. I feel comfortable jogging around it. They keep the apartments very clean and updated. I'm not entirely impressed with maintenance but this seems to be an issue with a lot of properties. Dumpsters could be emptied a little more frequently. I'm looking for a different place to live due to pricing even though it seems average for a one bedroom. I've been happy, overall, to call The Verge my home.
